In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small businesses located in the following contiguous counties may be filed until the specified date at the previously designated location: Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O'Brien, and Sioux Counties in Iowa; Clark County, Missouri; Hancock County, Illinois; and Jackson and Nobles Counties in Minnesota. All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for filing applications for physical damage is August 31, 1998 and for economic injury the termination date is April 2, 1999.
