Take notice that on May 29, 1998, Northern Natural Gas Company (Northern), filed a Reconciliation Report which compares the Order 528 balance as of March 1, 1997 with total collections as of February 28, 1998. Northern states that in this filing, Northern is demonstrating that the collections resulted in a net underrecovery and thus, no refunds are warranted. Northern states that copies of the filing were served upon Northern's customers and interested State Commissions. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
