The information collection form has been revised and is being resubmitted for reinstatement since it expired in 1992. The Bureau uses this data to measure program performance and for gathering data to prepare the annual program budget justification. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. II. Request for Comments We specifically request your comments concerning: 1. Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the BIA, including whether the information will have practical utility; 2. The accuracy of the BIA's estimate of the burden of the information collection, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; 3. The quality, utility and clarity of the information to be collected; and, 4. How to minimize the burden of the information collection on those who are to respond, including the use of appropriate automated electronic, mechanical or other forms of information technology. III.
