Koch Gateway Pipeline Company; Notice of Proposed Changes to FERC 
Gas Tariff

May 28, 1998.
    Take notice that on May 22, 1998, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company 
(Koch) tendered for filing the following tariff sheets in its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective May 1, 1998:

Fifth Revised Sheet No. 2701
Fifth Revised Sheet No. 2702

    Koch is submitting these revised tariff sheets to implement 
modifications that neutralize the cash-in and cash-out procedures in 
the case of Prior Period Adjustments (PPA's). Koch proposes to change 
its cash-in and cash-out procedures to the midpoint price for the 
production month that the PPA was identified.
    Koch states that copies of this filing have been served upon Koch's 
customers, state commissions and other interested parties.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, 
in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's 
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed as 
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission is determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceedings. Any person wishing to become a party must file a 
motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection in the Public 
Reference Room.
