These objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign lender. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the listed exhibit objects at the Michael C. Carlos Museum, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, from on or about May 8, 1998 to on or about July 12, 1998, the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., from on or about August 7, 1998 to on or about December 28, 1998, the Indiana University Art Museum, Bloomington, Indiana, from on or about April 1, 1999 to on or about June 30, 1999, The Aspen Art Museum, Aspen, Colorado, from on or about July 17, 1999 to on or about September 19, 1999, and The Newark Museum, Newark, New Jersey, from on or about October 1, 1999 to on or about December 28, 1999, is in the national interest.
