ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: In accordance with the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 209(c)(1) and 37 CFR Part 404.7(a)(1)(i), AMC hereby gives notice that it is contemplating the grant of an exclusive license in the United States to practice the inventions embodied in U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 08/796,772, filed February 6, 1997, entitled ``Detection of Multiple Antigens and Antibodies,'' and U.S. Patent Application (no number assigned), filed February 18, 1998, entitled ``Method and Apparatus for Detection of Multiple Nucleic Acid Sequences and Multiple Antigens'' to Epitope, Inc., having a place of business in Beaverton, Oregon.
