Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: NASA hereby gives notice that Fusion Lighting Corporation of 
Rockville, MD 20855, has applied for a partially exclusive license to 
practice the invention described and claimed in NASA Case Nos. LAR 
14448-1-SB, entitled ``Lightweight Protective Coating,'' and LAR 14448-
3-SB, entitled ``Multi-Layer Light-Weight Protective Coating and Method 
for Application,'' for which United States Patent Applications were 
filed by the United States of America as represented by the 
Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. 
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent 
to NASA Langley Research Center.
