Take notice that on February 27, 1998, Granite State Gas Transmission, Inc. (Granite State) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Sixth Revised Sheet No. 289, for effectiveness on March 6, 1998. According to Granite State, Sixth Revised Sheet No: 289 incorporates GISB standards 5.4.13 through 5.4.17, Version 1.1, by reference in Granite State's tariff. Granite State further states that copies of its filing have been served on its firm and interruptible customers, the parties on the official service list in the proceeding maintained by the Secretary and upon the regulatory agencies of the states of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Any person desiring to protect said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make Protestants parties to the proceeding.
