charter space to one another, to coordinate their vessel operations,
and to cooperate with respect to terminal and related shore side
activities in the trade between United States Pacific Coast ports, and
inland U.S. points via such ports, and ports and points in Australia,
New Zealand, and various South Pacific islands. The parties have
requested a shortened review period.

Title: Blue Star/BHP IMT Space Charter Agreement.

BHP International Marine Transport
Synopsis: The proposed Agreement will permit the parties to charter
space to each other in the trade between the U.S. Atlantic, Gulf and
Pacific Coasts and ports in Australia and New Zealand. The parties have
requested a shortened review period.
