Availability of a Novel Non-Lethal Munition for Exclusive, 
Partially Exclusive or Non-Exclusive Licenses

AGENCY: U.S. Army Research Laboratory, DoD.

ACTION: Notice of availability.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Army announces the general availability 
of exclusive, partially exclusive or non-exclusive licenses relative to 
a novel non-lethal munition as described in the U.S. Army Research 
Laboratory patent docket #ARL 98-3 and a subsequent patent application 
to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A licensing meeting is 
scheduled for Thursday, 2 April 1998, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

information. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed prior to 
attending the licensing meeting. Licenses shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 
209 and 37 CFR 404.
