Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB
Review; Comment Request
The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the
Secretary publishes a list of information collections it has submitted
to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance in
compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter
35) and 5 CFR 1320.5. The following are those information collections
recently submitted to OMB.
1. Self-Evaluation and Recordkeeping Required by the Regulation
Implementing Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (45 CFR
84.6(c))--Extension--0990-0124--Recipients of DHHS funds must conduct a
single-time evaluation of their policies and practices for compliance
with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Respondents: State
or local governments, businesses or other for-profit, non-profit
institutions; Annual Number of Respondents: 2,120; Frequency of
Response: once; Burden per Response: 16 hours; Total Annual Burden:
33,920 hours.
