Description of the Application: APC proposes to amend its approved Recreation Plan to (1) Remove the 30-acre Tallassi site, (2) add 40 acres to [[Page 1848]] Recreational Use Area (RUA) No. 1, (3) change the use classification of Area 8 (Chapman Creek, 92 acres) from Recreation to Natural Undeveloped, and (4) construct a boat ramp, docking pier and parking near the Union Community in the south-east area of the lake. l. Comments, Protests, or Motions to Intervene--Anyone may submit comments, a protest, or a motion to intervene in accordance with the requirements of Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.210, .211, .214. In determining the appropriate action to take, the Commission will consider all protests or other comments filed, but only those who file a motion to intervene in accordance with the Commission's Rules may become a party to the proceeding. Any comments, protests, or motions to intervene must be received on or before the specified comment date for the particular application. C1.
