-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Seven

Bethlehem, West Virginia. The coordinates for Channel 387A at St. Marys
are North Latitude 39-18-03 and West Longitude 81-15-19. Since St.
