ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit of the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of Small Diameter Circular Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Standard, Line, and Pressure Pipe from Germany. This review covers the period January 27, 1995 through July 31, 1996. EFFECTIVE DATE: December 31, 1997. The Department is extending the time limit for completion of the final results until March 9, 1998, in accordance with Section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Trade and Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act of 1994.
