(Con Edison), tendered for filing with the Commission, its Refund Report made in compliance with the Commission's Order issued December 3, 1997, in the above referenced docket. Con Edison states that no refund is due to PECO Energy Company or Sonat Power Marketing, L.P. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214).
