Color Television Receivers From the Republic of Korea; Notice of 
Termination of Anticircumvention Inquiry

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of termination of anticircumvention inquiry.

Termination of Inquiry

    On August 11, 1995, the International Brotherhood of Electrical 
Workers, the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, 
Machine & Furniture Workers, and the Industrial Union Department 
(collectively the petitioners), filed an application requesting that 
the Department conduct an anti-circumvention inquiry of the antidumping 
duty order on color television receivers from the Republic of

Korea. Pursuant to that application, the Department initiated an anti-
circumvention inquiry on January 19, 1996 (61 FR 1339, January 19, 
1996). On December 19, 1997, petitioner submitted a letter requesting 
that the Department terminate the anticircumvention inquiry. 
Accordingly, we are terminating the inquiry.
