The denial notice was signed on September 11, 1997, and published in [[Page 63194]] the Federal Register on October 14, 1997 (62 FR 53347). The petitioner presents evidence that Department's collection of information regarding company sales and imports was incomplete for the time period relevant to the investigation. Conclusion After careful review of the application, I conclude that the claim is of sufficient weight to justify reconsideration of the Department of Labor's prior decision. The application is, therefore, granted. Signed at Washington, D.C. this 31st day of October 1997. Grant D. Beale, Acting Director, Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance.
