Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Report of 
Refunds

November 20, 1997.
    Take notice on November 14, 1997, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line 
Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing a report of refunds 
pertaining to refunds distributed on October 14, 1997.
    Transco states that the purpose of such refund was to comply with 
(i) the Commission's Order on Remand issued on June 12, 1997, regarding 
the distribution of excess interruptible transportation (IT) revenues 
for the period November 1, 1993 through August 31, 1995, and (ii) the 
Division of Audits letter order issued January 8, 1997, regarding IT 
revenues related to the Spider Field lateral.
    Transco states that it is serving copies of the instant filing to 
the State Commissions of the recipients of the refund.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests should be filed 
on or before November 28, 1997. Protests will be considered by the 
Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will 
not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of this 
filing are inspection in the Public Reference Room.
