This notice is provided pursuant to Section 10(c) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.): Applicant: Dr. Arthur V. Brown, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, PRT-834518. The applicant requests authorization to take (harass) the Ozark cavefish, Amblyopsis rosae, and the gray bat, Myotis grisescens, in Cave Springs Cave, Cave Springs, Arkansas, while conducting surveys for the Ozark cavefish, for the purpose of enhancement of survival of the species.
