Take notice that on August 29, 1997, the applicants referenced above tendered for filing tariff sheets to comply with the Commission's directives in Order No. 472 and Order No. 472-B, to be effective October 1, 1997. Each applicant states that the purpose of its filing is to implement the tracking of the ACA Unit Surcharge authorized by the Commission to be applied to rates for the fiscal year 1998 for recovery of the Annual Charge for fiscal year 1997. Each applicant states that the ACA Unit Surcharge authorized by the Commission for fiscal year 1998 is $0.0022 per Dth, which is an increase of $0.0002 per Dth over the previous surcharge. Each applicant states that copies of this filing were served on all firm customers, interested state commissions and all current interruptible customers.
