(``the Act''), the National Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (``NEMI'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, the identities of the new members are as follows: Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), Herndon, VA; Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, NY; EDS, Kokomo, IN; Electronic Industries Association (EIA), Arlington, VA; Electronic Scientific Industries, Inc., Portland, OR: GenRad, Inc., Westford, MA; IBM Corporation, Hopewell Junction, NY; IEEC, SUNY-Binghamton, Binghamton, NY; Intel Corporation, Hillsboro, OR; Plexus Corporation, Neenah, WI. The following member has changed its name: Eveready Battery Co. to Energizer. On June 6, 1996, NEMI filed its original notification pursuant to section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act on June 28, 1996 (61 FR 33774). The last notification was filed on September 30, 1996 and a notice was published in the Federal Register on November 5, 1996 (61 FR 56971). Constance K.
