(``the Act''), the Advanced Lead-Acid Battery Consortium (``ALABC''), a program of International Lead Zinc Research Organization, Inc., filed written notification simultaneously with [[Page 47690]] the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notification was filed for the purpose of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Southern California Edison, Rosemead, CA and Johnson Controls, Milwaukee, WI have made commitments to the Consortium. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the Consortium. Membership in the Consortium remains open and ALABC intends to file additional written notification disclosing any future changes in membership. On June 15, 1992, the ALABC filed its original notification pursuant to section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act on July 29, 1992 (57 FR 33522). The last notification was filed with the Department on April 28, 1997. A notice was published in the Federal Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act on May 22, 1997 (62 FR 28065). Constance K.
