National Institute of Mental Health; Notice of Meeting

    Pursuant to Pub. L. 92-463, notice is hereby given of the meeting 
of the National Advisory Mental Health Council of the National 
Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) for September 1997.
    The meeting will be open to the public, as indicated, for 
discussion of NIMH policy issues and will include current 
administrative, legislative, and program developments. Attendance by 
the public will be limited to space available. Individuals who plan to 
attend and need special assistance, such as sign language 
interpretation or other reasonable accommodations, should notify the 
contact person in advance of the meeting.
    In accordance with the provisions set forth in secs. 552b(c)(4) and 
552b(c)(6), Title 5 U.S.C. and sec. 10(d) of Pub. L. 92-463, a portion 
of the Council meeting will be closed to the public as indicated below 
for the review, discussion and evaluation of individual grant 
applications. These applications, evaluations, and the discussions 
could reveal confidential trade secrets or commercial property such as 
patentable material, and personal information concerning individuals, 
the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion 
of personal privacy.
    A summary of the meeting, a roster of committee members, or other 
information pertaining to the meeting may be obtained from the contact 
person.
