Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice From Brazil: Notice of 
Termination of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

SUMMARY: On June 19, 1997, the Department of Commerce (``the 
Department'') published in the Federal Register (62 FR 33394) a notice 
announcing the initiation of an administrative review of the 
antidumping duty order on frozen concentrated orange juice (``FCOJ'') 
from Brazil, covering the period May 1, 1996, through April 30, 1997. 
This review has now been terminated as a result of the withdrawal of 
the request for administrative review by the interested party.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 

Background

    On May 30, 1997, the Department received a request from Branco 
Peres Citrus, S.A. (Branco Peres) to conduct an administrative review 
of its entries, pursuant to 19 CFR 353.22(a) of the Department's 
regulations. The period of review is May 1, 1996, through April 30, 
1997. On June 19, 1997, the Department published in the Federal 
Register (62 FR 33394) a notice announcing the initiation of an 
administrative review of the antidumping duty order on FCOJ from 
Brazil, covering the period May 1, 1996, through April 30, 1997.

Termination of Review

    On August 4, 1997, we received a timely request for withdrawal of 
the request for administrative review from Branco Peres. Because there 
were no other requests for administrative review from any other 
interested party, in accordance with section 353.22(a)(5) of the 
Department's regulations, we have terminated this administrative 
review.
    This notice is published in accordance with section 751 of the 
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1675) and 19 CFR 
353.22(a)(5).
