Take notice that on July 14, 1997, Cambridge Electric Light Company (Cambridge) tendered for filing, in compliance with the Commission's Order No. 888-A, an open access transmission tariff (Tariff). The Tariff supersedes the open access transmission tariff accepted for filing in Docket No. OA96-178. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest, with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 18 CFR 385.214).
