Take notice that on July 10, 1997, Koch Gateway Pipeline Company (Koch) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective June 1, 1997: Fifth Revised Volume No. 1 Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 4602 Substitute Third Revised Sheet No. 4702 Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 4806 Koch asserts that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Office of Pipeline Regulation's Letter Order issued July 1, 1997, in Docket No. RP97-364-001. Koch has made minor clarifications to its tariff that the Commission has requested. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 and 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
