Take notice that on July 9, 1997, Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia) tendered as for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet: Second Revised Sheet No. 309 Columbia states that on April 2, 1997, in the above referenced dockets, it submitted Sheet No. 309 but it was incorrectly paginated. By Errata Notice dated May 30, 1997, issued in its Rehearing Order in Columbia's GISB proceedings, the Commission directed Columbia to conform the electronically filed version of Sheet 309 with the paper copy. It was later determined that incorrect pagination had been used on both the electronically filed copy and the paper copy. This filing is intended to correct those errors. The instant filing is submitted in compliance with the Errata Notice to implement the tariff sheet effective June 1, 1997. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest this filing should file a Motion to Intervene with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 385.214 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to make protests as parties to the proceeding.
