    Pursuant to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as 
amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
National Cancer Institute Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) meeting:

    Name of SEP: Prevention and Cessation of Tobacco Use by Children 
and Youth in the U.S.
    Date: July 22-24, 1997.
    Time: July 22--7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., July 23--7:30 a.m. to 
8:00 p.m., July 24--7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

personal information concerning individuals associated with the 
applications, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly 
unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
