Procurement List; Deletions
AGENCY: Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely
Disabled.
ACTION: Deletions from the procurement list.

SUMMARY: This action deletes from the Procurement List commodities and
services previously furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons
who are blind or have other severe disabilities.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 14, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On May 31, June 14, July 19, August 16,
September 6, October 18, November 8, 1996 and January 24, 1997, the
Committee for Purchase from People who are Blind or Severely Disabled
published notices (61 F.R. 27339, 30224, 37719, 42584, 47113, 54417,
57849 and 62 F.R. 3658) of proposed deletions from the Procurement
List.
After consideration of the relevant matter presented, the Committee
has determined that the commodities and services listed below are no
longer suitable for procurement by the Federal Government under 41
U.S.C. 46-48c and 41 CFR 51-2.4. Accordingly, the following commodities
and services are hereby deleted from the Procurement List:
