Take notice that on June 5, 1997, Overthrust Pipeline Company (Overthrust) tendered for filing in compliance with the Commission's May 21, 1997, Order on Compliance Filing, and acceptance, to be effective June 1, 1997, proposed revised tariff sheets to First Revised Volume No. 1-A of its FERC Gas Tariff. The below-listed tariff sheets comply with the directives of the May 21 order. Proposed Revised Tariff Sheets Substitute Original Sheet Nos. 34A, 37A, 67A and 67B Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 36 Substitute Second Revised Sheet Nos. 34, 37 and 67 Substitute Fourth Revised Sheet No. 49 Overthrust states that it has revised Section 1 (Definitions), Section 4 (Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB)), Section 8 (Capacity Release and [[Page 32316]] Assignment), and Section 15 (Scheduling of Gas Receipts and Deliveries), as required by the Commission. Overthrust states further that it will (1) adopt the Gas Industry Standards Board Model Trading Partner Agreement reflecting Internet standards when approved by the Commission and (2) receive and process any Sender's Option data elements that the sender chooses to submit. Overthrust requests waiver of 18 CFR 154.207 so that the tendered tariff sheets may become effective June 1, 1997, as proposed. Overthrust states that a copy of this filing has been served upon its customers and the Wyoming Public Service Commission. Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. All such protests must be filed in accordance with Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
