Pacific Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meetings.

SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) and its 
advisory entities will hold public meetings.

DATES: The Council meeting will be held June 23-25, 1997. See 
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION for specific dates and times.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Various advisory groups will be meeting on 
Monday, June 23. The Council meeting will begin on Monday, June 23, at 
1 p.m. with an open session. The Council meeting reconvenes on Tuesday, 
June 24, at 8 a.m. On Wednesday, June 25, the Council will convene in a 
closed session (not open to the public) to discuss litigation and 
personnel matters. The open session begins at 8:30 a.m. and will 
adjourn when Council business has been completed.
