Minnesota; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Minnesota, (FEMA-1175-DR), dated April 8, 1997, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 19, 1997.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Minnesota, is hereby amended to include the following areas among 
those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the 
catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of April 8, 1997:

    Aitkin, Carver, Cass, Douglas, Lyon, Pope, Ramsey, Todd, Wadena, 
and Winona Counties for Categories C through G under the Public 
Assistance program (already designated for Individual Assistance, 
Hazard Mitigation and Categories A and B under the Public Assistance 
program).
