ACTION: Notice of Reservation Proclamation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs proclaimed three parcels, containing approximately 8.65 acres, more or less, as an addition to the Reno-Sparks Indian Reservation on May 12, 1997. This notice is published in the exercise of authority delegated by the Secretary of the Interior to the Assistant Secretary--Indian Affairs by 209 DM 8.1. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Larry E. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On May 12, 1997, by proclamation issued according to the Act of June 18, 1934 (48 Stat. 986; 25 U.S.C. Sec. 467), the following-described parcels, totaling 8.65 acres, were proclaimed to be an addition to, and made a part of, the Reno-Sparks Indian Reservation for the exclusive use of Indians on that reservation who are entitled to reside at the reservation by enrollment or tribal membership.
