ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management's Susanville Resource Advisory Council will hold a business meeting and field tour Friday and Saturday, June 13 and 14, 1997, in Cedarville, California. The June 13 meeting begins at 10 a.m. in the meeting room of the Cedarville Community Church, corner of Bonner and Center Streets. Items on the agenda include a discussion about recreation user fees, an update on the California Draft Environmental Impact Statement on Standards for Healthy Rangelands and Guidelines for Livestock Grazing, discussion about the proposed Black Rock/High Rock Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area, and a final report on the Tuledad Grazing Allotment. Public comments will be taken at 1 p.m. Depending on the number of people wishing to speak, a time limit could be imposed. On June 14 the council will convene at the BLM Office, 602 Cressler St., Cedarville at 7 a.m. and depart immediately for a field tour to High Rock Canyon. Members of the public are welcome on the field tour, but they must provide their own high clearance four wheel drive transportation, lunch and water.
