Extension of Time

AGENCY: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time.

SUMMARY: On November 26, 1996, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 
issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (61 FR 64031, December 3, 1996) 
proposing revisions to its regulations for the relicensing of 
hydropower projects. The date for filing reply comments is being 
extended at the request of the National Hydropower Association.

DATES: Reply comments shall be filed on or before June 4, 1997.
