SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The FAA proposes to rule and invites public comment on the application (#97-02-C-00-PIH) to use the revenue from a PFC at Pocatello Regional Airport, under the provisions of 49 U.S.C. 40117 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR Part 158). On April 23, 1997, the FAA determined that the application to use the revenue from a PFC submitted by the City of Pocatello, Idaho, was substantially complete within the requirements of Sec. 158.25 of Part 158. The FAA will approve or disapprove the application, in whole or in part, no later than July 29, 1997. The following is a brief overview of the application. Level of the proposed PFC: $3.00. Actual charge effective date: September 1, 1994. Proposed charge expiration date: March 3, 2002. Total estimated net PFC revenue: $230,000. Brief description of proposed project(s): Pavement Rehabilitation (Runway 3/21, Taxiways A, B, C, D, E and F). Class or classes of air carriers which the public agency has requested not be required to collect PFCs: Air Taxi/Commercial Operators using aircraft with less than twenty seats, and maximum payload capacity of less than 6,000 pounds.
