DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
[Docket No. RP97-279-001]

Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc.; Notice of Motion To Withdraw Tariff
Sheet of Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc.

April 24, 1997.
Take notice that on April 21, 1997, Gasdel Pipeline System, Inc.
(Gasdel) filed a motion to withdraw Origin Tariff Sheet No. 45, Index
of Customers, from its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-A,
filed as part of Gasdel's Order No. 582 compliance filing in Docket No.
RP97-279-000 on March 5, 1997.

[[Page 23442]]

In lieu of filing a revised Index of Customers pursuant to a March
31, 1997 letter order issued by the Acting Director of the Office of
Pipeline Regulation, Gasdel seeks permission to withdraw Original
Tariff Sheet No. 45, Index of Customers, because Gasdel has only
interruptible transportation customers on its system, and Section
154.111(b) of the Commission's regulations only requires pipelines to
include in their Index of Customers a list of pipelines' firm
transportation customers.
Any person desiring to protest this motion should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE,
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
Lois D. Cashell,
Secretary.
