April 8, 1997.
    Take notice that the applicants referenced above tendered for 
filing tariff sheets to comply with the Commission's directives in 
Order No. 587 and Order No. 587-B, to be effective June 1, 1997.
    Each applicant states that its filing complies with the 
Commission's early order on its pro forma tariff filing and complies 
with the Commission's Order No. 587-B, issued on January 30, 1997, in 
Docket No. RM96-1-003, by incorporating by reference into its FERC Gas 
Tariff the Electronic Delivery Mechanism Standards promulgated by the 
GISB and adopted in Order No. 587-B.
    Each applicant states that copies of the filing have been mailed to 
all affected customers and state regulatory commissions.
    The above-referenced dockets are being noticed together due to the 
large number of filings received. The filings are not being 
consolidated. Any party who wishes to file a protest must file a 
separate protest for each docket. The notice can be located in the 
Commission's CIPS under the lead filing ANR Pipeline Company, Docket 
No. RP97-171-002.
    Any person desiring to protest said filings should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed on 
or before April 22, 1997. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve 
to make protestants parties to the proceeding. Copies of the filings 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room.
