Sunshine Act Meeting; Change in Time and Additional Items To Be 
Considered at Open Meeting, Thursday, April 3rd

April 3, 1997.
    The Federal Communications Commission previously announced on March 
27, 1997, its intention to hold an Open Meeting on Thursday, April 3, 
1997, commencing at 9:30 a.m. The time has been changed to 2 p.m., and 
the following items have been added to the list of agenda items 
scheduled for consideration.
