ACTION: Notice of withdrawal of petition in antidumping investigation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On March 28 1997, the Department of Commerce and the Commission received a letter from petitioner in the subject investigation (Industria Lechera de Puerto Rico, Inc., San Juan, PR) withdrawing its petition. Commerce has not initiated an investigation as provided for in section 732(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Sec. 1673a(c)). Accordingly, the Commission gives notice that its antidumping investigation concerning ultra high temperature milk from Canada (investigation No. 731-TA-767 (Preliminary)) is discontinued.
