(``the Act''), Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation (``MCC'') has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, the identities of the new Associate Members are as follows: Science Applications International Corporation (``SAIC''), La Jolla, CA; NationsBank, Charlotte, NC; and Bolt, Baranek and Newman (``BBN'') Corporation, Cambridge, MA. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of MCC. Membership remains open and MCC intends to file additional written notifications disclosing all membership changes. On December 21, 1984, MCC filed its original notification pursuant to section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act on January 17, 1985 (50 FR 2633). The last notification was filed with the Department on August 30, 1996 and appeared in the Federal Register on September 27, 1996 (61 FR 50876). Constance K.
