and Mergers of Bank Holding Companies; Correction

    This notice corrects a notice (FR Doc. 97-3425) published on page 
6535 of the issue for Wednesday, February 12 1997.
    Under the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City heading, the entry 
for Clayton L. Green, Jr., Lawton, Oklahoma, is revised to read as 
follows:
    A. Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (John E. Yorke, Senior Vice 
President) 925 Grand Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64198-0001:
    1. Clayton L. Green, Jr., Lawton, Oklahoma; to acquire an 
additional 86.25 percent, for a total of 100 percent of the voting 
shares of B.O.E. Bancshares, Inc., Elgin, Oklahoma, and thereby 
indirectly acquire Bank of Elgin, Elgin, Oklahoma.
    Comments on this application must be received by February 26, 1997.
