Description of the Need for the Information and its Proposed Use: The Community Renaissance Fellows Program will provide stipends to exceptional mid-career professionals to become community builders. HUD created the Community Renaissance Fellows Program in response to the lack of trained urban planning, development, and public housing professionals necessary to undertake large-scale, complex urban revitalization projects.
