SUMMARY: The Vale District is amending 2 closures or restrictions that
were initiated as part of the implementation of the 1993 Main, West

Plan. One change is made to incorporate the original intent of
requiring all float boaters to carry a firepan, and the other is to

Wild and Scenic River System administered by the Bureau of Land
Management:

than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 6 months or both. (Title 16
U.S.C. 1281).
