[Federal Register Volume 62, Number 17 (Monday, January 27, 1997)] [Notices] [Page 3887] From the Federal Register Online via the Government Publishing Office [www.gpo.gov] [FR Doc No: 97-1832] ----------------------------------------------------------------------- DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY [Project No. 460-001] City of Tacoma, Washington; Notice Requiring Service of Motion for Late Intervention January 21, 1997. On March 27, 1996, the Skokomish Watershed Coalition (Coalition) filed a late motion to intervene in the above-captioned proceeding. However, the Coalition's motion did not include a certificate of service, as required by Rule 2010 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure. See 18 CFR 385.2010(a). As a result, it appears that parties to these proceedings may not have been served and may not have had an opportunity to file answers to the Coalition's late motion. The Coalition will not be required to refile its motion to intervene. However, before the Commission considers whether to grant late intervention, the Coalition must serve a copy of this motion on each person whose name appears on the official service list for this proceeding, and file a certificate of service with the Commission. The 15-day period for filing answers to the Coalition's motion will begin as of the date that the Coalition files its certificate of service. See 18 CFR 385.213(d). Lois D. Cashell, Secretary.
