Deauthorization of Water Resources Projects: Correction
AGENCY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, DoD.
ACTION: Notice of Correction of Project Deauthorization List.

SUMMARY: This notice corrects the list of ``Projects Deauthorized on
November 29, 1995, by Section 1001(a) of Public Law 99-662,'' published
by the Corps of Engineers in the Federal Register on December 18, 1996,
(Vol. 61, No. 244, 66654). The Sault Sainte Marie, Second Lock, MI,
project should not have been listed because preconstruction engineering
and design funds were obligated on the project prior to November 29,
1995.
