California; Amendment to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of California, (FEMA-1155-DR), dated January 4, 1997, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 7, 1997

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of California, is hereby amended to include the following areas among 
those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the 
catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of January 4, 1997:

    Contra Costa, Fresno, Marin, Mariposa and Tulare Counties, and 
the City of Morgan Hill for Individual Assistance and debris removal 
and emergency protective measures under the Public Assistance 
program.
