SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background The proposed regulations that are subject to this correction, make amendments to Parts 1301 and 1304 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations to allow the establishment of freight forwarding facilities by DEA distributor registrants. Need for Correction As published, the proposed rule contained an omission in the DATES section which may prove to be misleading and is in need of clarification. Correction of Publication Accordingly, the publication on December 18, 1996 of the proposed rule (DEA-143P), which was the subject of FR Doc. 96-32077, is corrected as follows: On Page 66637, in the first column, in the DATES section, the entry ``February 18, 1996'' is corrected to read ``Written comments or objections must be received on or before February 28, 1997''. * * * * * Dated: January 9, 1997.
