FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Larry Johnson, Realty Specialist, Milwaukee District, (414) 297-4413. The land has not been used for and is not required for any [[Page 2178]] Federal purpose. The public interest will be served by the sale of this parcel to protect the private landowner's equities. Publication of this notice in the Federal Register will segregate the public land described above from settlement, location, or entry under the public land laws, including the mining laws, as provided in 43 CFR 2711.102, but not from sale pursuant to Sec. 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
