FCC To Hold Open Commission Meeting Friday, December 13, 1996
The Federal Communications Commission will hold an Open Meeting on
the subjects listed below on Friday December 13, 1996, which is
scheduled to commence at 9:30 a.m. in Room 856, at 1919 M Street, NW.,
Washington, DC.

1--Wireless Telecommunications--Title: Geographic Partitioning and
Spectrum Disaggregation by Commercial Mobile Radio Services Licensees
(WT Docket No. 96-148) and Implementation of Section 257 of the
Communications Act -- Elimination of Market Entry Barriers (GN Docket
No. 96-113). Summary: The Commission will consider action concerning
geographic partitioning and spectrum disaggregation for boardband PCS
licensees.
2--Office of Engineering and Technology--Title: Amendment of Part 5 of
the Commission's Rules to Revise the Experimental Radio Service
Regulations. Summary: The Commission will consider a proposal to modify
and update its experimental radio service regulations.
